Replaced cheap springs with high-density polyurethane foam injected with memory layers. Guarantees the iconic “sinking-in” comfort without sagging.
Reinforced Shock Mounts
The critical upgrade. We use industrial-grade rubber mounts bonded with heavy-duty epoxy to prevent the common issue of backrest detachment.

7-Layer Molded Plywood
We abandoned the cheaper 5-layer standard to adopt a robust 7-layer molded plywood structure. Finished with FAS-grade Walnut veneers, it offers superior structural integrity and the exact acoustic resonance of the original, eliminating the risk of warping over time.
Fixed 15° Ergonomic Tilt
True comfort isn't adjustable; it's calculated. Our chair features the permanent 15-degree backward tilt designed to distribute weight from the lower spine to the backrest instantly. It creates a "floating" sensation without the need for complex, breakable mechanisms.
Top-Grain Aniline Leather
Upholstered in premium Aniline or Semi-Aniline leather, retaining the natural hide texture and breathability. Unlike corrected grain leather that peels, our leather develops a rich patina with use, significantly reducing long-term wear-and-tear complaints from end-users.
