• You own all necessary intellectual property rights to the User Materials, or possess the legal authority to authorize us to manufacture products based on them.

• The User Materials do not infringe upon any third-party patents, copyrights, or trademarks. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any legal claims, damages, or legal fees arising from intellectual property infringement related to the designs you provide.

Confidentiality: The Company treats all User Materials for custom OEM/ODM projects as highly confidential. We will only use these materials for the purpose of engineering, quoting, and manufacturing your order, and will not share them with unauthorized third parties or use them for other clients.

4. Product Representations & Manufacturing Tolerances

We strive to display our capabilities and products accurately. However, please be aware of the following in a B2B manufacturing context:

• Illustrative Purposes: Images, 3D renderings, and colors displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to material natural variations (e.g., wood grain, leather texture) or screen display settings.

• Tolerances: All custom manufacturing is subject to standard industrial dimensional tolerances. Minor deviations that do not materially affect the structural integrity or commercial function of the product shall not constitute a defect.

5. Quotes, Pricing, and Lead Times

Any pricing information or “Factory-Direct Pricing” estimates displayed on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a legally binding offer.

• Official pricing will only be provided via a formalized pro forma invoice or official quote after a complete engineering review of your project scope.

• All quotes exclude shipping, insurance, customs duties, and taxes (unless specifically quoted under DDP terms).

• Lead times (e.g., “7-Day Prototyping,” “24-Hour Quotes”) are estimated targets and are contingent upon material availability and timely approval of shop drawings by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability
